Ultimately, the machine that is Columbia / Sony BMG got behind them, much like Dewey.  MGMT and a library cat: two of the biggest breakthroughs of 2008.</description>

		<description>That was a really eye-opening interview. A lot of the questions I see asked in forums and such have been answered here. I would have loved to have known if they have thought about or prepared for the larger/differnet audiences they are imminent to earn with each new release. It seems, after Feels, that they've been veering towards that "pop music" bent with their songwriting taking less blind stabs at experimentation and focusing more on classic structures. Well, that's just random thoughts. Either way, thanks for posting this!</description>
