SXSW 2008: Trendspotting

I’m currently in Austin all week for SXSW tomfoolery, and have seen a startling number of babies at shows. Two days into it, and about five have been spotted. Most of the babies look annoyed; their parents make them wear these obnoxiously colorful head pieces to block out the noise, giving their new head the look of luggage.
